Dr. Upadhyay has well over a decade of experience and a passion for helping her patients put their best smiles forward. She has been listed as “Top Dentist” by Boston Magazine for the last several years in a row, and she loves the feeling of helping her patients attain healthy, confident smiles. Why Did You Decide to Become a Dentist?
Dr. Upadhyay has always wanted to be in a career field where she had the opportunity to help her community achieve better health, so dentistry was a natural fit! Today, her philosophy is to provide exceptional comprehensive dentistry to all of her patients in a safe, pleasant, and comfortable environment. She likes to thoroughly explain all treatment options to her patients and takes a more collaborative and informative approach to care.
Where Did You Study Dentistry?
Dr. Upadhyay attended Boston University’s Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine with honors and was on the Dean’s list. She then went on to complete additional training in restorative dentistry from UCLA School of Dentistry.
Today, Dr. Upadhyay remains an active member of several professional organizations to stay on top of the latest advancements in her field, including the following:

Following the completion of her restorative dentistry residency, Dr. Upadhyay received her Fellowship in Implantology from the International Dental Implant Association as well, demonstrating her proficiency and expertise in the restoration and placement of dental implants.
Outside of the Dental Office, What Do You Like to Do?
Whenever she isn’t at the dental office, Dr. Upadhyay is an avid photographer. She loves traveling and capturing life’s most beautiful moments as well as trading her dental handpiece for a paintbrush to create art outside of the smile!
