We’re excited to welcome all new patients to our Brookline office! Before your first appointment, we would ask that you read through some of the information listed below, to give you a better idea of what to expect when you arrive.

Your First Visit

Here at Royal Dental of Brookline, we’ve curated our new patient experience to be seamless, with an emphasis on making you feel both welcome and fully informed about your visit. New patients can easily book appointments online or by phone, and our staff will happily assist with answering any questions you have and collecting your basic information and insurance details. We’ll also send out a confirmation reminder, along with a welcome packet and any relevant forms that you can complete either online or in-office once you arrive.

On arrival, you can expect to be greeted warmly and quickly checked in by our front desk team. You won’t have to wait long at all for your appointment, but you’ll do so in our cozy, spa-like waiting area. From there, we’ll take you back to one of our private treatment rooms to begin your checkup.

We will conduct a thorough examination, take digital X-rays, and complete an intraoral scan to fully assess your oral health. From there, we can openly discuss our findings and review treatment options with you, as well as answer any questions you have and walk you through things on a digital display. Based on the exam, a tailored treatment plan is provided with options for scheduling follow-up care or any necessary procedures.

Whether you need a cleaning, a filling, or even a brand-new smile, we are here to help. Great dental care doesn’t just make for a fantastic smile, it also helps promote overall health and wellness. Office Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide high quality care to our patients and respect their schedule as well. In fairness to other patients, and the office staff, we require 24 hour advance notice when changing or cancelling an appointment. When you schedule an appointment, we reserve that time and prepare in anticipation of serving you. If you should need to reschedule, we kindly request that you contact us with advanced notice. We understand that conflicts arise; however failing your appointment or canceling without adequate notice more than once may result in a $150 charge.

For your convenience, we’ve provided access to all new patient paperwork online, meaning you can fill out all of your initial forms before your visit. Dental Insurance

At Royal Dental Boston, we aim to make your dental experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Since dental insurance works differently from medical insurance, we recommend reviewing your benefits booklet to gain a clear understanding of your plan's coverage.

We are happy to work with most PPO dental insurance providers. We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA Dental Blue Indemnity plans. For other PPO dental plans, we will gladly handle the submission of your insurance claim forms and any necessary documents, ensuring that you receive the highest possible reimbursement. While payment is due at the time of service, your insurance company will reimburse you directly in accordance with your plan’s guidelines.
